Terms of Services
By commissioning me you have confirmed that you’ve read and accepted all terms of service.I am allowed to refuse or cancel a commission regardless of the reason.
Clients must have a clear reference for the character(s) they wish for me to draw.
It is optional but highly appreciated if the client can give me a reference of the pose they wish the character to be in.I will give you a high resolution of the final piece via email as well as a watermarked version if you wish to post it somewhere on the internet. I ask for credit if you do post it and to not resell it.
All works are for personal use, i do not consent for my art being used for NFT or any blockchains or any AI generation or Machine Learning.
Comm Process
• contact me via DM
→ Send me pictures, references and describe the type of commission.• Upon acceptance of the commission, I will make a really rough sketch.• Once completed, and if you're satisfied by the sketch, I will send an invoice.
→ You must pay at least 50% of the total amount.
→ Payment is done exclusively through PayPal• I'll start working once I receive the payment.• Once I start working, you will receive frequent updates for feedback and approval.
→ You may ask for any changes during the sketching phase. Keep in mind that, as I work with watercolor, changes won't be possible later in the process.• The final product will be sent through email and you may request different file types (PNG, JPEG, PDF).• You will be asked to pay the rest of the price before I send the files.• As a student, art is not a full time job, therefore the wait for your piece can vary. If you do wish to have your piece before a specific date, do let me know. Although, you will be updated if my schedule causes a delay with your commission.
Refund Policy
• No full refund will be done as long as I've started working on your commission. Partial refund will be discussed based on the amount of time I've already spent on it.• No refunds for finished products.• Due to my right to refuse or cancel commissions, cancellations at my discretion will be given full refunds.
Artist Rights
• I have the right to cancel or refuse any commission at my discretion and at any time.• As the artist, I automatically own the copyright of anything I create.• I have the right to use whatever I create to promote my own works (post on social media, portfolio, commission sheets, etc)
Commissioner Rights
• Commissioner is allowed to share, edit or use the artwork they commissioned as long as proper credits are given.• They may use it for personal or promotional purposes with proper credit and as long as they don't gain profit from it.
